The client acknowledges, through their agreement with the company, that they agree to its terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.
The client authorizes the company to collect information about them, including but not limited to transactions with the company, data about company-affiliated members as specified in the agreement, account balances, payment records, account activity, or any other relevant information.
The company maintains secure measures and procedures related to the client’s information, such as passwords and access codes, to prevent unauthorized access to client data. Additionally, employees are specially trained to protect client information, and the company regularly reviews its compliance with its privacy policy.
The client acknowledges that, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, the company may share information related to specific business relationships within the company if necessary to prevent and detect money laundering at the group level.
The client agrees that their information may be disclosed to external parties, including but not limited to financial institutions or financial service providers, as necessary to execute the client’s orders.
The client further acknowledges that, under legal obligations, the disclosure of the account holder’s name, account number, and address may be required by receiving financial institutions, and the company is authorized to disclose such information as required by law or regulatory authorities without prior notice to the client.
